In his previous role, Bamay liaised with top ranking firms in both the markets and had begun to notice a real frustration with recruitment companies in Nepal. Organizations often complained of a lack of quality in service, inefficient response times and unjustified hiked prices. Bamay saw an opportunity to create an agency that would address all these issues and Kailash International Manpower was born.
